While cryptocurrency transactions happen within a few minutes and work 24/7/365, bank transfers happen only during the bank processing times and cross-border transactions take some time. It's not in our hands to make that faster.

The SEPA transactions are usually processed within 1-5 business/working days. However, they are mostly processed within 24 hours or even on the same day.

If everything was done according to the instructions you were provided with, then your deposit will be automatically credited to your user account. As soon as the EUR virtual balance is available on your Kriptomat account, you will get an email and SMS notification.

As for the withdrawal of your funds, same time frame applies, once you withdraw your funds to your verified bank account it might take 1-5 business/working days. However, they are mostly processed within 24 hours or even on the same day.

Please allow 3 business days to pass before assuming that something went wrong with your transaction. If your funds are not credited after 3 business days you may contact us anytime.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Please have in mind that urgent or instant SEPA transfers are not accepted as such and they may be automatically declined and sent back to your account by our bank, or they will be processed as regular SEPA transfers, with the normal time frame of 1-5 days. Kindly make regular SEPA transfers only.

  • Compliance and AML checks with our financial partners can prolong the transaction processing time. In case of such a check, you will be informed via email, so please make sure any email coming from us is not marked as ‘spam’.
