We are currently in the process of updating our beloved Loyalty & Rewards Program. With this, you can expect a better product and service from us.
However, in order to make the necessary changes, we have had to disable the Rewards Program on the mobile application. Since the launch of our new web app, the mobile app was the only place where you could use the Rewards Program, so we will do everything to make sure that we bring it back online as soon as possible.
What is being updated and why?
The updates are being done in order to adapt to the Enjin changes and in order to prepare to make sure that we are able to support any future changes as well. With this, we will be able to increase the speed of integrating Enjin’s scaling solution efinity when it is released.
Through it, you will be able to exchange Kriptos much easier and quicker than you expect, along with crafting Dragons and, of course, redeem your earned discount codes.
With this update, we will also be able to provide a much faster support resolution when it comes to your Rewards!
What happened to the rewards you already owned?
Your rewards are safe. Since we had to disable it, they are not visible for you at the moment, but they will still be there waiting for you when we enable the Program again.
Will you be able to still collect Kriptos?
The simple answer is: YES!
During the update, you still collect Kriptos normally, and once the update is complete and we have our Rewards Programs back online, you will be able to see all the Kriptos earned during this period.
When can you expect our Rewards Program to come back?
We understand you are excited to see all the new updates we are bringing, and that is why we expect to finish the update very soon!
After this time, your Rewards Program will be fully available and you will be able to craft your Dragons once more!
