Important note: The minimum amount for setting a recurring payment on Intelligent Portfolios is 50 EUR.

I want to set up an auto-investment but the button to ‘Invest’ is disabled. What can I do?

The most likely reason for being disabled is that the Intelligent Portfolio is being rebalanced.

On the first day of each month, actions in the Intelligent Portfolios feature are temporarily disabled to allow the system to complete the necessary recalculations and rebalance the values.

Important note: Any portfolio with the ‘weekly’ label is rebalanced at the beginning of each week. (i.e. Capture Movers - Weekly).

The actions are usually reenabled within a few hours, however, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If the action is disabled for more than 24 hours, please contact us on [email protected] or start a Live Chat with one of our Live Agents.

Can I pay for an automated investment with my available EUR balance on Kriptomat?

Automated investments can only be set up using your debit/credit card at present, in order to ensure an optimal purchasing experience.

How do I cancel my automated investment or update the payment method?

All you need to do is find the portfolio you wish to cancel or alter and click on the See details button next to it. You will see the option to both ‘Edit’ the investment or ‘Cancel’ it.
