I am trying to withdraw my funds from my portfolio but the button is disabled. What can I do?
The most likely reason for the option to withdraw your funds being disabled is that the Intelligent Portfolio is being rebalanced.
On the first day of each month, actions in the Intelligent Portfolios feature are temporarily disabled to allow the system to complete the necessary recalculations and rebalance the values.
Important note: Any portfolio with the ‘weekly’ label is rebalanced at the beginning of each week. (i.e. Capture Movers - Weekly).
The actions are usually reenabled within a few hours, however, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If the action is disabled for more than 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] or start a Live Chat with one of our Live Agents.
