If you want to receive/deposit cryptocurrencies, you will need a wallet address associated with your Kriptomat account. The address for each type of cryptocurrency is created the first time you buy it or receive it. You can have multiple addresses for each type of cryptocurrency, and you can reuse them.

Important: Receiving cryptocurrencies from one network to another could result in a permanent loss of funds. (For example, you select BEP20 Network but are sending to the ERC20 wallet address).

Watch our video to see the entire process:

Follow the instructions below to find a wallet address to which you can receive the chosen type of cryptocurrency:

First, log in to your Kriptomat account. Find the type of cryptocurrency you want to receive. In this example, we'll be receiving Bitcoin, so we select Bitcoin.

Now click the Receive button.

A new window will open. Here you can see the address associated with your Kriptomat account. You can share this address publicly.

As you can see, the address is displayed in two ways: as a QR code for scanning and as text.

Copy this address and send it to a friend or anyone you want to receive Bitcoin from.

Alternatively, they can scan the QR code.

Make sure they only send Bitcoin to your Bitcoin address. For example, they must not send Ethereum to your Bitcoin address.

And that's it! You can now receive cryptocurrency to your Kriptomat account.
