We've got you covered! Kriptomat offers direct chat support. Look for a blue chat icon that is located on the bottom right side of every page.
When you click on the icon, you can either search for articles or start a chat with our friendly support staff. Simply click the "New conversation" button and we will be glad to assist you.
Our multi-language support team is available to answer any of your questions through our chat support Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm CET.
During this time a member of our team will typically get back to you within 10 minutes of your inquiry so we can provide assistance when you need it the most. If you write to us outside of that time period a member of the Customer Support Team will always get back to you within one (1) business/working day.
Limited chat support is available in the evenings and during the weekends.
