We've got you covered! Kriptomat offers direct chat support. Look for a blue chat icon that is located on the bottom right side of every page.
When you click on the icon, you can either search for articles or start a live chat with our friendly support staff. Simply click the "New conversation" button and we will be glad to assist you.
Our multi-language support team is available to answer any of your questions through our chat support Monday-Friday, 8 am-10 pm CET, and on weekends and certain bank holidays between 10 am-10 pm.
During this time a member of our team will typically get back to you within 5 minutes of your inquiry so we can provide assistance when you need it the most. If you write to us outside of that time period a member of the Customer Support Team will always get back to you within one (1) day.
You may also choose to contact us via email, rather than using the live chat feature. In that case, kindly use the [email protected] email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible, but in any case, within 24 hours.
Security note: Kriptomat does not offer phone support via phone calls for the time being. If someone contacts you on your mobile phone claiming that they are part of our support team, please let us know about it immediately.
