We process every account deletion manually and you can close your account by submitting an e-mail request to [email protected]. Make sure you send your request from the email address you used to open your Kriptomat account.

You will need to have zero balance before your account can be closed. If you still have a remaining balance in any of your wallets, you'll need to withdrawal your funds to an external wallet or to your verified bank account.

When your account is closed, all of your data is deleted in accordance with terms of service, privacy policy and the AML act of the Republic of Estonia.

In our continuous efforts to improve, we would really appreciate your feedback on the reason why you decided to delete your account.
