At the moment, the only way to withdraw your funds from Kriptomat is through your verified bank account.
A verified bank account is a bank account that is held under your name (the name of the owner of the bank account has to be the same as the name of your Kriptomat account) and you have used it to make a successful bank deposit to Kriptomat.
Why can I withdraw money only to my verified bank account?
Due to strict security policies that we follow in order to ensure as safe as possible environment for our customers, you can withdraw funds only to a verified account. By doing this, you will show us that you have control over the account where your funds will end up and that your funds are in the right hands.
How do I verify my bank account?
You can verify your bank account simply by making a SEPA bank deposit to Kriptomat. Please keep in mind that smaller deposits are automatically declined.
What will happen with the money I have deposited in order to verify my bank account?
Nothing. Once your deposit reaches your Kriptomat account, it will be visible on your EUR balance, and you can withdraw it together with your funds anytime.
How do I make a SEPA deposit?

To make a deposit:
Login to your Kriptomat account.
Click Deposit in the header section.
Choose Bank transfer / SEPA.
Select Kriptomat’s bank account from the dropdown menu.
You will see all the necessary SEPA payment details, including data about the transfer and the recipient. You can click Download deposit instructions if you want to receive the info in PDF format. IMPORTANT: This is also where you can see your Reference number. Please include this number in your deposit.
Using the data provided in the previous step, make the actual deposit via your bank account that is held under your name, 3rd party deposits will be rejected.

Notes:
At the moment the only accepted fiat currency at Kriptomat is the euro, so please make sure to make your deposit in euros.
Once you have made the deposit and it has reached us, it means you have verified your bank account with us, it will be automatically added to your Kriptomat account, and you can withdraw your funds anytime you wish.
How to withdraw my funds to my verified bank account?

To withdraw euros to your bank account:
Login to your Kriptomat account.
Locate the My Wallets section and click on the Euro. A dedicated page for Euro will open.
Locate and click Withdraw. A new dialog window will open up for you.
Enter the euro amount and select a bank account.
Click Withdraw to go to the next screen where you will have to confirm the transaction. Once you do this, you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone. Alternatively, you may need to enter the code that you see in your Google Authenticator, if that is what you have set up as your primary method of two-factor authentication.
Enter the verification code.
Click Confirm withdrawal.
