Why doesn’t my bank account appear as an option to withdraw to?
Most likely, this is because you haven’t made a SEPA deposit from the account yet. You must verify your bank account first by making a deposit. Further instructions for how to complete a SEPA deposit are here: How to make a SEPA bank deposit on the Mobile App
Alternatively, if you have made a deposit and your account still doesn’t appear, it could be because your bank operates in a currency other than EUR. We can only allow withdrawals in EUR, so your account may not appear as a viable option even if you’ve successfully deposited it.
The withdrawal was successful on Kriptomat, but it still hasn’t appeared in my bank account. Why?
Keep in mind that all SEPA transfers can take up to 1-3 business days to be fully processed, depending on your bank. If you still don’t see the funds after 3 business days, please reach out to our support team at [email protected], and they will be able to assist you further.
Is there a fee to withdraw via SEPA?
There is a fixed 1 EUR fee for all SEPA transfers.
