To begin withdrawing to your debit/credit card, it must first be saved to your Kriptomat account. This is done in the Buy transaction window after you enter your card details, where you are given the option to tick the box to save the card for your next purchase. Ticking this box will save your card to your Kriptomat account for future EUR withdrawals.

To make a debit/credit card withdrawal, please see our demonstration video here:

Additional questions on how to withdraw via debit/credit card:

I have never previously saved my card for withdrawals. How can I do this?

If you wish to save a credit card to your account without making an additional purchase, you can set up a Recurring Buy order and tick the box to save the card for your next purchase.

Once you have set it up, you can cancel the order without being charged.

To set up and cancel a recurring purchase, please see the following instructions:

  • Log in to your Kriptomat account on the mobile app.

  • Scroll down the main page until you see the Recurring Buy section.

  • Tap on the option to set up a recurring purchase. When you enter your debit/credit card details, tick the box to save your credit card for your next purchase.

Once you have completed this and confirmed the transaction, you can cancel it by repeating the instructions above.

Which type of card can I withdraw to?

This feature is available only for VISA and Mastercard cards. Check here to make sure your intended method of withdrawal is available for your country.

What are the withdrawal minimum/maximum limits?

There is a 10 EUR withdrawal minimum.

Please see the maximum limits below:

What is the withdrawal fee?

The withdrawal fee is 1.75% + 0.3 EUR flat fee.

Why do my withdrawals keep failing?

Oftentimes, this is because your card provider is blocking withdrawals from cryptocurrency exchanges. Kindly contact them and ensure that there is no restriction on withdrawals coming from exchanges like ours, and also that your card supports cross-border payouts.

Once you have done so, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.
