How to Buy with your EUR balance on the Mobile App

Everything you need to know about making direct purchases with your EUR balance on the mobile app.

My transaction shows a status of ‘pending/failed’ in my account. What can I do?

Not to worry! We encourage you to contact our Support team on [email protected] or start a Live Chat with one of our agents so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible!

I have made an EUR deposit to my Kriptomat account, but when I try to buy a cryptocurrency, I receive the notice ‘insufficient funds’. Why?

If you received an email that your EUR deposit was successfully credited to your account, but you do not see the funds as available in the Buy transaction window, please log out of your account and log back in.

The system may need a reload in order to update your account value.

I have logged out and logged back in. I can see an available balance in my account, but the Buy transaction window still displays ‘insufficient funds’. Why?

When buying on Kriptomat, you have the option to enter how much of a certain cryptocurrency you want to buy, or how much in EUR you want to spend. Are you certain you are entering a value in EUR, or are you entering a value in a specific cryptocurrency?

The circled button will allow you to switch from EUR to the cryptocurrency of your choice. Please make sure that the value field reads EUR, as shown in the screenshot.

I still receive an ‘insufficient funds’ notice even after checking that I have completed the above. What can I do?
