I received a notice that the amount in cryptocurrencies that I am trying to sell is below the minimum limit. What can I do?
Unfortunately, you cannot make a sale on Kriptomat if your assets do not meet the required minimum limit. You can top up your assets by purchasing an additional amount of that same cryptocurrency. After the newly purchased assets are added to the total, you can sell the full amount.
My transaction shows a status of ‘pending/failed’ in my account. What can I do?
