In what cases can your account be reactivated?
If our risk management team did not disable your account, your account could most likely be reactivated.
Once you submit the request within 5 working days you will be informed about the check outcome.
NOTE: Kindly have in mind that if your account gets reactivated you will need to do the Identity verification (KYC)procedure again in order to fully reactivate it.
