Follow this procedure to log in to your Kriptomat account from the mobile app:
Open the Kriptomat mobile app on your device and tap on the Get Started button.
Tap on the Log in option and enter your email address and password.
You will then be asked to set a 4-digit PIN code, which you can use in order to log in without having to enter your email address and password each time. Confirm the PIN by entering it once more.
You will then have to enter your verification code because our platform has a mandatory two-factor (2FA) authentication for extra security. There are two methods of two-factor authentication: either via SMS or via the Google Authenticator application. Enter the code that you receive via SMS or the code you see in the Google Authenticator app into the input field and click the Continue button.
If you are logging into your device for the first time, you will have to verify it via your email. Make sure to open the verification email on the same device you are trying to log in on and authorize it. Once you have completed this, you will be redirected to the app and you will be logged in.
To log out of the app, tap on the Account icon (👤) and tap on Logout.
That’s it! You are can now log in and out of your app at any time 😃
NOTE: You will be logged out automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity. This is done in order to protect your account.
