If you forget your PIN, please use the following steps to reset it:

1. Open the Kriptomat app on your device and tap on Log in.

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Log in option next to “Forgot PIN?”.

3. Enter your email address and password and tap on Log in.

4. You will then be asked to set a new PIN code once and enter it a second time in order to confirm it.

5. Once you have set your PIN, you will need to enter the SMS verification code or the 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator app to log in.

6. And that’s it! You can now use your new PIN to log in.
