It is super easy to buy cryptocurrencies on the Kriptomat mobile app. Once you have verified your identity, made a SEPA bank deposit to your account, and received a virtual balance in Euros or any other supported FIAT currency, you are all set to choose from over 500 cryptocurrencies!
To buy cryptocurrency with a Euro balance:
1. Login to your account on the Kriptomat mobile app.
2. Tap the Buy and Sell icon (⇄). A pop-up window will appear.
3. Tap on + Buy and make sure the “Paying with” option is set to Euro. Select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase under the “Buying” option.
If you do not have a virtual EUR balance, you can choose a different payment method.
4. Manually enter the amount in EUR you would like to spend or use the MAX button if you want to spend all available funds. You can enter the value in EUR or switch to the amount of cryptocurrency you would like to buy by tapping on the ⇋ symbol and Kriptomat will automatically show you the approximate amount of cryptocurrency you will receive.
5. When you're ready to continue, tap on Preview Transaction. You can see how much cryptocurrency you are buying, as well as the current price and transaction fees.
6. Click the Continue to payment button to continue.
7. The system will take some time to confirm the purchase.
Transactions are usually completed within a few seconds, but please note that this can sometimes take longer.
That's all! You have now successfully purchased cryptocurrencies on the mobile app.😀

If you want to buy cryptocurrencies, please make sure your identity is verified.
There is a minimum amount for purchase orders, which may depend on the payment method or the chosen cryptocurrency.
