First, log in to your Kriptomat account and click the button to start the verification process.

Next, check the box to confirm you are not a US resident. Click continue, and then you'll need to fill in the required information. Enter your address and house number, as well as your city and zip code, and use the dropdown menu to search for your country if it's not already selected.

After entering all the information, click the button to continue.

Now you'll select the type of document for identity verification. Kriptomat accepts two types of documents: passports and ID cards. Please note that we do not accept residence permits, driver's licenses, or other types of documents.

In this example, we'll use a passport, so we select that option.

Upload photos of your document and follow the on-screen instructions, then click the continue button.

Now you'll complete the live selfie verification.

Position your face within the frame on the screen and then turn your head according to the given instructions.

Once completed, the verification process is complete.

The system will now review your documents. This process usually takes just a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours.

Finally, just answer a few quick questions.

When your identity is successfully verified, you'll receive an email notification. In the meantime, explore the app!
