Our user-friendly platform allows you to add and directly charge a Visa or MasterCard Credit or Debit card when buying digital currencies. The process of buying with a Credit card is practically instant.

Watch our video to see the entire process:

Log in to your Kriptomat account and click the "Buy" button.

Here you can view the list of available cryptocurrencies.

In this example, we'll buy Bitcoin, so we select Bitcoin. Below, you can choose your payment method. Since we want to pay with a credit card, we select this option.

Next, enter the amount you want to purchase—either in euros or in Bitcoin. In this case, we'll buy 50 euros worth of Bitcoin.

Now click the Preview Transaction button.

Here you can see the amount of Bitcoin you're purchasing. You can also see the current Bitcoin price and the transaction fee. Note that the amount of Bitcoin you'll receive may differ slightly from what's shown here.

To continue, click the Pay button.

You'll be redirected to this page, where you'll need to enter your credit card details. Fill in your credit card information in the form.

Once you're confident that all the details are correct, click the Pay button.

A new pop-up window will open, representing your bank's additional security layer. Each bank has a different process, so you'll need to complete this yourself.

Once you confirm the transaction, processing will begin. You'll typically receive your cryptocurrency almost immediately, though sometimes it can take a few minutes.

Click on the transaction to view more details.

And that's it! You've successfully purchased Bitcoin.

NOTE: For security reasons, you can buy digital currency with a credit or debit card only if your card supports ‘3D Secure’.

To determine if your card supports 3D Secure, you can contact your credit/debit card provider directly. Some banks will require various security steps to authorize a purchase using 3D Secure (text message, a bank-provided security card, or security questions).
