If you want to receive/deposit cryptocurrencies, you will need a wallet address associated with your Kriptomat account. The address for each type of cryptocurrency is created the first time you buy it or receive it. You can have multiple addresses for each type of cryptocurrency, and you can reuse them.
Important: Receiving cryptocurrencies from one network to another one could result in a permanent loss of funds. (For example, you select BEP20 Network but are sending to the ERC20 wallet address).
Follow the instructions below to find a wallet address to which you can receive the chosen type of cryptocurrency:
Login to your Kriptomat account on your mobile app.
Locate the Receive section.
3. Click the cryptocurrency that you want to receive or simply type the name of the currency in the search box.
4. Select the Network via which you will be receiving cryptocurrencies. If this is the first time you would use this Network it will take a few moments for the address to generate.
5. Here you can see the wallet address of the chosen cryptocurrency. The address is presented in QR code form if you wish to scan it with a mobile device, and in text form, if you wish to simply copy it. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code. Please note that with some cryptocurrencies, i.e. XRP (Ripple), and Stellar (XLM), you will need to use your wallet address and the destination tag.
If you already have a wallet address associated with your Kriptomat account for the desired Network you are about to use, you can simply reuse it.
*For each cryptocurrency there is a minimum amount to receive. Check that in your Kriptomat account or consult our Support team to find out more.
