In recent years, the world of cryptocurrencies has grown exponentially and has opened up new possibilities for individuals to invest and manage their money. However, despite the numerous benefits of cryptocurrencies, many people still prefer to use traditional financial systems such as credit cards. Recognizing this need, a new fiat offramp method has been introduced: Withdraw to credit card.

This new method allows our customers to easily convert their cryptocurrencies into fiat currency and transfer them directly to their credit cards.

How to withdraw to your Visa Credit/Debit Card:

  1. Login

  2. Go to "Wallets" and select EUR wallet.

  3. Select "Withdraw".

  4. Select "Withdraw to Credit Card/Withdraw Instantly".

  5. Select the Card to which you wish to withdraw (you can only withdraw to cards you already have used to make a purchase and saved them).

  6. Input the amount you wish to withdraw.

  7. You will need to enter your 2FA code and confirm the transfer.

  8. That is it! In a few moments, the funds will be on your card. 💪 💸

What to do if you never used your Card to buy cryptocurrencies?

You will need to make a purchase with your card and save it. This way we are able to verify that this card is active and allow withdrawals.

What is the minimum you can withdraw?

The minimum you can withdraw at the moment is 10EUR.

Potential reasons why your withdrawal might fail:

Although withdrawal to your card is seamless and easy, sometimes the transaction might be unsuccessful, below are the most frequent reasons.

  • Your card has expired. Please make sure that your card is still valid as withdrawal to the expired card is not possible.

  • The card issuer does not allow withdrawal to the card. In this case, you will need to reach out to your bank and check with them if this is a temporary restriction or if they do not support this kind of transfer in general.

  • It was declined by the card issuer. Your bank (card issuer) can decline a transaction due to various reasons. In this case, we suggest reaching out to the bank, as it could be they just need additional authorization from you.
