If you lose access to your Google Authenticator and don't have backup codes, you will need to request permission to revert your 2-factor authentication to SMS. Please follow the steps below.

Steps to request a 2-factor authentication reset:

  1. Send an email request to: [email protected]

  2. In your message, please include the following information:

    • Include this text: “I request a reset of 2FA from Google Authenticator to SMS Code.”

    • The reason for requesting this change

What happens next?

  • Your request will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days.

  • Once the 2-factor authentication method has been reset, we will notify you via email.

Identity verification required

To ensure your account remains secure and that no one else is trying to reset the 2-factor authentication method without your consent, you’ll be required to log in and complete verification.
