With the new withdrawal to credit card feature, Kriptomat customers can now withdraw euros from their Kriptomat wallets to their cards.

The process is simple and funds are transferred almost instantly to your card.

What do I need to know before I withdraw euros to my credit card?

  • This feature is available only for Visa cards and MasterCard.

  • You must have made a successful Kriptomat purchase with this card in the past and saved the card details (verified card).

How to withdraw euros to your card using the mobile app:

  1. Log in to your Kriptomat account.

  2. Go to your EUR Wallet.

  3. Select Withdraw.

  4. Choose Withdraw to credit card.

If you haven’t used your card to purchase crypto in the past, you will need to make a purchase so you can verify your card.

If you have saved several cards, you can select one to receive the funds you withdraw.

5. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your Kriptomat account and press Continue.

6. You will see all the details of your withdrawal on this screen. Enter your 2FA code here.

7. Press Confirm, and that is it! You have now successfully withdrawn funds to your Visa card.
